Job Summary:
Oversee retail and corporate car rentals, coordinate replacement vehicles for insured clients, and ensure seamless rental operations.
Key responsibilities
Manage corporate and retail car rental operations from end-to-end.
Fleet & Claims Logistics: Coordinate vehicle activations and returns, maximize fleet utilization, and handle breakdown or accident incidents promptly.
Deliver seamless customer service and efficient rental processing.
About you
Valid class 3/3A driving licence
Fluent in English
Proficient in MS Office to support administrative and reporting tasks
Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred. 5.5-day workweek (alternate Saturdays or Saturday work-from-home).
Tribecar is an on-demand, car-sharing service. Members of our service can use their smartphone to gain access to Tribecar's cars that are parked at over 1300 convenient locations in Singapore. Our car sharing service is accessible to these members 24 x 7, with no minimum booking length.
Tribecar is a 100% "Made-in-Singapore" service. We design, build and maintain every element of the service ourselves. We are proud of what we have accomplished and would love to have you on-board with us!
