Job Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and colour.

• Good understanding of storyboards, shot composition, and visual storytelling.

• Able to understand scripts and storylines and translate them into visual scenes.

• Able to write effective prompts for AI-generated storyboard visuals and visual references.

• Able to create professional designs for digital, social media, and marketing purposes.

• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

• Able to interpret creative briefs and develop different visual directions.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Portfolio is required.

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

AI & Storyboard Skills

• Familiar with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for brainstorming, concept development, and prompt writing.

• Able to write and refine AI prompts for storyboard frames, visual references, and scene development.

• Familiar with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT Image Generation, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.

• Able to use reference images together with prompts to control composition and visual direction.

• Familiar with AI-assisted image editing, generative fill, background removal, and image enhancement.

• Able to develop moodboards, key visuals, and visual variations using AI.

• Understand how to maintain character, environment, and visual consistency across multiple AI-generated images.

• Expert-level AI knowledge is not required, but candidates should be comfortable using AI as part of a practical creative workflow.

AI-Assisted Content & Storyboard Visuals

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong visual sense who is comfortable working with AI-assisted design, storyboards, and visual concept development.

Besides traditional graphic design work, you will help translate scripts, storylines, and creative ideas into storyboard visuals, key frames, and AI-generated visual references. Video editing skills will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, advertisements, campaign visuals, banners, and digital marketing materials.

• Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, branded content, and creative productions.

• Create presentation visuals, event materials, promotional graphics, and corporate communication materials.

• Understand scripts, storylines, creative directions, and storyboard requirements.

• Translate written scenes and creative ideas into storyboard frames and visual references.

• Write and refine AI prompts to generate storyboard visuals, environments, characters, compositions, and scene concepts.

• Create moodboards, key frames, and visual references to communicate creative direction.

• Use AI-generated images as part of the design and pre-production workflow.

• Refine and enhance AI-generated visuals using Photoshop or other design tools.

• Maintain character, environment, brand, and visual consistency across multiple scenes and campaign materials.

• Adapt key visuals into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.

• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Work closely with video editors, content creators, and the marketing team.
