Job Description:
Assist Project Managers in administrative support
Compile and sort information
Perform Data Entry
Update Google Sheets/Excel on project progress
Submission of work orders/reports
Site Videos cutting
Other duties as assign where necessary
Customer Service
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8am - 6pm
Friday 9am - 6pm
Job Requirement:
Min. N level qualification
Competent in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in using Apple iPads for various tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
