Treasury & Operational Reporting – Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports relevant to Treasury operations, including cash and liquidity positions, bank and wallet balances, transaction volumes, settlement status, outstanding items, reconciliation breaks, exceptions, and operational trends.

Cash Position & Funding Reports – Support preparation of cash position, liquidity, funding requirement, expected inflow/outflow, and balance utilization reports to assist Treasury in daily funding and settlement decisions.

Transaction & Exception Reports – Maintain reports on failed, pending, reversed, rejected, duplicated, or manually processed transactions, including ageing and resolution status, to support operational follow-up and management oversight.

Operational Performance Reporting – Support reporting on Treasury operational metrics such as transaction volumes, settlement turnaround time, SLA performance, reconciliation ageing, error rates, exception frequency, and unresolved items.

Treasury Controls & Documentation – Review transaction records and supporting documents for completeness, maintain reconciliation and exception logs, and support compliance with Maker-Checker controls, approval matrices, segregation of duties, and internal procedures.

Operational Risk & Trend Analysis – Identify recurring reconciliation breaks, settlement delays, process weaknesses, unusual balance movements, or transaction patterns and provide analysis to support corrective actions and process improvements.

Process Improvement & Automation – Identify opportunities to automate reconciliation, operational reporting, transaction matching, data extraction, exception monitoring, and control checks; participate in system enhancements, UAT, and workflow improvements.

Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Development/Technology teams to resolve reconciliation and reporting issues, improve data accuracy, and strengthen end-to-end visibility of fund flows.
