Floor Staff / Service Crew

Location: Naj & Belle Sdn Bhd (Bangsar)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Floor Staff / Service Crew to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Explain menu items and answer customers' questions when required.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Assist with cashiering and payment procedures when required.
• Communicate customer requests and feedback to the kitchen team.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
• Provide attentive and courteous customer service.
• Assist the team with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
