Job Description

EI Corporation Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Project Manager to assist in coordinating and managing projects related to door and frame manufacturing, supply and installation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, site teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and according to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring project progress.

• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Monitor project schedules, delivery arrangements and installation works.

• Arrange and coordinate the delivery of doors, frames and other project materials to construction sites.

• Monitor site progress and follow up on outstanding work and installation issues.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates and other relevant documentation.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve project-related issues.

• Ensure that project works comply with the required specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant experience in project coordination, construction or building materials will be an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects or tasks.

• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

• Able to liaise with clients, contractors and site personnel professionally.
