We are looking for a Operations Executive to assist the company in managing drivers and key customer accounts.

Working Hours: 5 Days work week, able to work 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. May need to work a shift until 10.30pm.

What you'll be doing

• Assigning of deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling
• Looking for regular drivers to deliver for the customers under your account
• Manage and coordinate the delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels to customers
• Account and escalation handling of selected key customers
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise operational efficiency
• Implement and oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and reduce costs
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience
• Provide training and support to delivery personnel to maintain high standards of service
• Monitoring the fulfillment team in ensuring they meet their KPI objectives for your accounts
• Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department 

• Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations

Requirements:

1. Proactive attitude and 'Can-do' personality

2. Good time management, multi-tasking and resourceful

3. Know how to use Microsoft Excel/Word

4. Able to handle stress during peak seasons

5. Resourceful and like to suggest improvements
6. Familiar of the postal codes and areas in Singapore

This position has a potential to be promoted to a team lead.
