• Position: Operations Coordinator / Operations Executive – Shipping & Logistics
• Location: Tuas (Transport from MRT/bus station to office)
• Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.00PM, Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 - 18 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established logistics company seeking an Operations Coordinator / Operations Executive to support shipping documentation, shipment coordination and customer servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare import/export documents, LC, Bill of Lading and FTA documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters and shipping lines.
• Arrange freight bookings and shipment schedules.
• Handle customer enquiries, shipment updates and issue resolution.
• Send documents to clients, agents and shipping partners accurately and on time.
• Monitor freight rates and support basic cost analysis.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and support new account development.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and support business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• Shipping documentation or logistics coordination experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.
