Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary : Up $2600 (Depending on experience)
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
2–3 Months Performance Bonus
Annual Salary Increment
Work Location
•West or Central Region
Working Hours
• 5 Days Work Week (Including Weekends)
• Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 1 Weekday Off & 1 Weekend Off (Rostered)
• Staggered Office Hours
️ Job Responsibilities :
• Collect payments from patients during the discharge process.
• Conduct financial counselling on inpatient bills and hospital charges.
• Perform patient discharge procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange follow-up appointments for discharged patients.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements :
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare environment.
• Able to communicate well and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
