Overview
Support day-to-day processing of purchase orders, logistics and administrative functions. This role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating import / export shipments, and assisting with basic warehouse tasks such as packing and unpacking where required. It is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working across both desk-based and physical tasks
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Process and track purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, forwarders/logistic partners and internal teams on order and delivery status
Assist with packing, labeling, and unpacking of goods
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
Perform basic stock checks and report discrepancies
Support general operational and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative support is preferred but not required
Good communication skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle light physical work (packing/unpacking items)
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
