Role & Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities

·      Manage the end-to-end Change Management process across production environments.

·      Review Change Requests for completeness, risk assessment, approvals, and implementation readiness.

·      Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and coordinate stakeholder approvals.

·      Oversee high-risk and business-critical changes to ensure effective governance and production stability.

·      Manage change schedules, communications, escalations, and stakeholder coordination.

·      Monitor change metrics, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.

·      Drive adherence to Change Management standards and support continuous process improvement.

·      Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on Change Management practices.

Requirements

·      Demonstrated experience in IT Operations, Production Support, Infrastructure Support, Application Support, or Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).

·      Experience in Change Management, Change Advisory Board (CAB) facilitation, or production change coordination.

·      Knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Change Enablement and Service Operations.

·      Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management.

·      Language Requirement

Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is required for this role:  The role regularly supports French-speaking stakeholders and teams in France and other French-speaking locations, requiring the incumbent to facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, coordinate production changes, review change documentation, and communicate change-related risks, approvals, and implementation plans in French. As these responsibilities are a regular and essential part of the role, French language proficiency is required to perform the job effectively.
