What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, delivery and closure.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and success criteria.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Gather and understand business requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Designers and other project teams.

• Track project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.

• Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation and resolution plans.

• Manage project scope, priorities, resources and stakeholder expectations.

• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, presentations and stakeholder discussions.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, quality and budget.

• Support testing, UAT, deployment and implementation activities where required.

• Work with vendors and third-party partners to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards and regular project status updates.

• Drive continuous improvement across project processes and delivery practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Project Delivery / Program Delivery or a related role.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in a dynamic environment.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.

• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with enterprise, digital transformation or large-scale projects is an advantage.

• Experience working with government / public sector / enterprise environments will be an added advantage.

• Relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent is a plus.
