Requirements & Qualifications:

• Valid driving license (Class D; B2 added advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving for top management/executives is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley routes and traffic shortcuts.
• Trustworthy, well-mannered, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Physically fit with a responsible working attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours if required.
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage.

Driver Duties:

• Provide safe, punctual, and reliable driving services for the Director.
• Ensure the Director reaches all meetings, appointments, and events on time.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Assist the Director with loading/unloading items, documents, or personal errands when required.
• Plan routes efficiently and monitor traffic/road conditions to avoid delays.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time.

Dispatch Duties:

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and goods for the company.
• Handle banking tasks, government submissions, and official errands.
• Support office operations with additional tasks when required.
