Job Description

• Perform failure analysis on defective or failed products to identify failure mechanisms and potential root causes.
• Conduct fault isolation to determine the source of product failures
• Perform testing and analysis on failed lots using various optical inspection tools and lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between laboratory test results and required specifications, including debugging and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test accuracy, process effectiveness, and product quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with testing equipment, optical inspection tools, and failure analysis techniques.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
