JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Arrange booking of freight services with customers/ co-loaders and carriers.
- To ensure all the relevant shipping and other documents required is prepare n time.
- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly sales report.
- Attend to customer’s concerns and issues on freight services.
- Deliver logistics services that meet customer requirements.
- Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales/ customer management knowledge.
- Handling general office administrative and coordinator works including data entry attend to calls and enquiries, handling incoming email and maintain a systematic filing system and safekeeping of important documents.
- Work on daily inquiries, cover customers, negotiate and secure margin.
- Do research on market and explore opportunities to expand business.
- Identify trading opportunities and negotiate with suppliers and customers.
- Liase with customers and third party agent on deliveries and resolve any related issues if necessary.
- Maintain relationship with client and supplier.
- To handle ad-hoc logistical problem and produce alternate solution.
- To support any ad-hoc duties on shipment matters.

REQUIREMENT:
- SPM or Diploma in related discipline.
- Confident, self-motivated, disciplined.
- A team player with friendly demeanor and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
- Able to analyze and identify problems and provide solutions.
- Able to communicate at different levels including with drivers, customers & management.
- Must be service-and goal oriented and sensitive to the needs of drivers and customers.
- Good command in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Preferred possessed driving license and own vehicle.
-Working hours include rotational/on-call night and weekend operational support when required. Candidates must be comfortable coordinating drivers and handling urgent operational matters outside normal office hours.
