Malindo Exim is dedicated to the production of Malindo-branded dairy products, biscuits, snacks, beverages, energy drinks in cans, food products, as well as grocery items. While Malindo F&B specializes in the manufacturing of beverages, with a focus on chocolate malt, coffee, and tea-related products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming products and check their quantities, condition, batch numbers and expiry dates
• Arrange and label stock neatly so products are easy to locate
• Pick and pack customer orders carefully, then check each parcel against the packing list before dispatch
• Prepare parcels and coordinate courier collection or delivery
• Record incoming and outgoing stock, and carry out regular stock counts
• Report missing, damaged, expired or returned products promptly
• Keep the storeroom and packing area clean, safe and organised
• Work with the sales and administration team to ensure orders are sent out on time

About you

• Careful and accurate when counting stock and packing orders
• Able to carry out the physical duties of the role, including moving stock cartons and arranging products on shelves
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well with a team
• Basic computer skills for updating stock records
• Previous storekeeping, warehouse or order packing experience is an advantage

Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Break on friday 8.30am to 6pm, lunch 12.00pm

Monday- Friday 8.30am to 6pm, lunch break on friday 12:30pm to 2pm

Kenaikan Gaji

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
