• SPM or Diploma in Business, Operations, Logistics, E-commerce, Accounting, or a

related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, operations, logistics,

inventory, or administration will have an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experience with e-commerce, ERP, inventory, or logistics systems is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Mandarin speaker

• Manage daily e-commerce orders, payment verification, fulfillment, and delivery coordination.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, returns, and product expiry.

• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners on shipments and operational issues.

• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, trackers, and documentation.

• Assist with basic payment, invoice, commission, and financial administration.

• Support the outsourced accountant by providing required documents and records.

• Assist in improving operational processes, SOPs, and documentation.

• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the Company Director.
