Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Service Technician to perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of scientific equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective training and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Perform installation and commissioning of scientific equipment such as microscopes to ensure operational readiness

Conduct routine servicing and maintenance to maintain equipment performance and reliability

Inspect equipment to diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly

Repair scientific instruments to restore full functionality and minimize downtime

Deliver operation training to customers to enable effective and safe use of equipment

Prepare detailed reports for customers documenting service activities and equipment status

Communicate work progress and technical issues regularly to the Technical Manager for project tracking
