About The Job

In this role you will start by working together with the production manager with the initial set up and to train new operators. As a manufacturing lead, you will play a crucial role in our production process.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Setting up, calibrating, and operating machines used in production processes.
• Following established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC manufacturing equipment.
• Selecting and measuring raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Resolving issues related to the organisation production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.
• Inspecting machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Determining and correcting minor machine malfunctions and performing simple routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Ensuring safety and housekeeping (5S) requirements are met.
• Support and develop technical program to monitor certifications and inspection of equipment and materials.
• Support environmental, health and safety initiatives.
• Able to assist in specialty areas such maintenance, training, EHS, administrative, shipping and receiving, and/or lean manufacturing.
