Lead, motivate, and manage an established, long-tenured internal team of site supervisors, engineers, and craftsmen.
Navigate diverse personalities and established work styles within the existing team, fostering collaboration without disrupting proven technical strengths.

Drive project milestones by utilizing strong coordination, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional team management skills.
Project Execution & Regional Operations
Oversee the end-to-end fit-out lifecycle from technical drawing approvals and landlord coordination to luxury-grade handover.
Take full accountability for project budgets, cash flows, progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
Manage regional operations across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, including frequent travel to sites and production facilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience with strong technical knowledge in the fitting-out industry; background in construction, decoration, or engineering preferred.

Total ownership of project outcomes, deadlines, and quality control, with a proactive approach to solving site issues before they escalate.
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and team management skills
Deep operational knowledge of the Hong Kong, Macau and China markets
Fluent English is mandatory for navigating client relations. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required for internal team management and local contractor coordination.
