Job Summary

Support the Operations Room Manager by managing daily operational tasks, tracking work orders, and monitoring company communications and sites to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Execute daily operational tasks to maintain smooth functioning of the operations room

Create, track, and file Work Orders from various work sites to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up

Monitor company communications to promptly identify and escalate issues or updates

Oversee company sites through monitoring activities to support operational integrity

Assist the Operations Room Manager with daily tasks to enhance operational efficiency

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Room Manager to support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
