We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our Management Trainee Programme as we strengthen our retail operations and explore franchise and overseas expansion opportunities.

Your Career Journey

• Gain hands-on experience in premium grocery retail operations, merchandising and customer service.
• Develop commercial skills in sales, inventory, profitability and business management.
• Work closely with management on business development and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in franchise development and new-market expansion projects.
• Grow towards leadership roles in store management, franchise operations or international business development.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or degree holders in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or related fields.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership potential.
• Commercially driven, adaptable and willing to learn.
