Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries and opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and business discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Support new product introduction and customer evaluation activities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and distributors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business, Sales or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor process engineering or technical sales is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service, sales and business development mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, independent and willing to learn.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
