About Our Client:

We are looking for a hands-on Test Manager to lead quality assurance for the Customer End User Experience (EUX) Transformation programme. You will own the end-to-end test strategy while remaining actively involved in writing test scripts, executing tests (manual and automated), and setting up CI/CD pipeline testing.

• 6 month contract (renewable)
• Hybrid (3 days in office)
• Must be SG Citizen / PR

The Role:

• Define the overall programme test strategy while actively writing scripts and executing manual and automated tests across EUC, Enterprise Voice, Meetings, and Migration tooling workstreams.

• Specify test environment requirements (Dev, Integration, UAT, Pre-Prod) and set up automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

• Author Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and govern Pilot/Production wave certifications, exit criteria, and defect triage.

• Serve as the main interface to the client’s QA and compliance teams, partnering with Communications and Engineering leads to manage UAT and migration gates.

The Person:

• 5+ years as a QA Lead/Test Manager on large-scale End User Computing (EUC) or Digital Workplace transformation programmes.

• Proven experience moving seamlessly between high-level strategy and day-to-day test scripting/execution (mix of manual & automation).

• Strong hands-on testing experience in Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Teams.

• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipeline testing and test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira/Xray, qTest, ALM).
• Experience operating within complex, regulated environments (e.g., Financial Services, Government, Pharma) with strict audit and compliance constraints.

• Proven ability to work in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
