- Assist with campaign launches and updates, including coordinating translations, uploading approved multilingual banners and copy, preparing draft Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) based on provided templates, and testing campaign pages and user flows.
- Support end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels, maintaining campaign trackers, checking links and assets, and flagging discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Content and other stakeholders to follow up on creative assets, translations, campaign deliverables and deadlines.
Events & Brand Activations
- Assist with brand activations, offline events, pop-ups and other marketing initiatives.
- Support event preparation, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparisons, merchandise inventory, shipment tracking and preparation of event materials.
- Organise event documentation, photos, videos and campaign assets for reporting and future use.

- Support the ideation, scripting, filming and editing of short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and other relevant platforms.
- Assist with preparing social media content, including captions, hooks, calls-to-action and platform-specific formats.
- Support scheduling and publishing of approved social media content across global and regional channels.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging content formats and competitor activities to identify relevant content opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree at a university, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organise and manage data accurately.
- PowerPoint or Google Slides skills, creative tools like Figma is a plus.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, with the patience and reliability to complete repetitive, process-driven tasks accurately.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communicating and following up with different teams.
- Comfortable conducting online research, compiling information and maintaining organised records.
- Creative, curious and interested in social media trends, digital content and marketing campaigns.
- Willing to learn basic content creation, filming and video editing using tools such as CapCut or Canva.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a sense of ownership.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable being creative and getting the operational details right.
You might be brainstorming a TikTok idea one day, helping prepare a campaign launch the next, or coordinating materials for an upcoming event.
You don't need to be an experienced marketer, but you should be curious, hands-on, organised and willing to figure things out.
Most importantly, we value someone who takes initiative, follows through on tasks and doesn't need to be constantly reminded to get things done.
