Responsibilities:

• Accounts:

1. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
2. Prepare financial statements and reports
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
4. Assist in budgeting and financial planning
   

• HR:

1. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Manage payroll, benefits, and HR policies
3. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations
4. Handle performance management and training programs
   

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in both accounting and HR functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting and HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
