Urgent Hiring – *Service Desk Analyst (Preferred Local candidates)*

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia*

• Join Our Service Desk Team! We're hiring a Service Desk Analyst to be the frontline hero for our users!
• What You’ll Do:*
• Handle IT-related calls & emails (Level 1 support)
• Troubleshoot & escalate technical issues
• Ensure fast resolutions within SLA
• Manage user access & system fixes
• *What You Bring:*
• IT degree + 4 years of experience
• Troubleshooting skills in Windows environment
• Background in Helpdesk, Insurance, Call Center, or Customer Service is a plus!
• Independent, problem-solving mindset & great teamwork

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
