Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, creative and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Melaka.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to build good relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media platforms.
• Promote company services, packages and ongoing promotions.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Arrange appointments and site visits for interested customers.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media marketing activities and coordinate promotional content.
• Maintain accurate customer records, leads and sales reports.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Support company events, roadshows and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proactive, creative, responsible and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
