Job Summary

Oversee retail outlet operations to drive efficient store performance and revenue growth. Lead teams to deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory accurately, and resolve escalations promptly in the handphone industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations to achieve operational excellence and efficiency
• Analyze sales performance reports to develop and implement strategies that increase revenue and profitability
• Maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and regulatory compliance across the store
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to assess and improve operational effectiveness
• Manage inventory accurately, control stock levels, and implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage
• Resolve customer escalations and operational issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate strong leadership by managing and motivating teams to meet business objectives
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members using a warm, client-centric approach

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in the handphone industry
• Proven leadership experience managing teams

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude
