Responsibilities
Conduct daily toolbox meetings to communicate safety protocols and updates to the workforce
Perform safety checks and review Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
Prepare and submit detailed safety observation reports to track compliance and incidents
Implement and monitor Fatigue Management practices to ensure worker well-being and reduce risks
Participate actively in internal safety audits to evaluate and improve safety standards
Maintain and update project documentation related to safety and regulatory compliance
Provide flexible safety support across various project sites in Singapore
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Process or Construction sector
Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
Certified in Working at Height
Strong knowledge of safety procedures, hazard identification, and compliance standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Good communication and reporting skills to effectively document and convey safety information
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
