Job Description:
Report to Project Director/Manager
Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel.
Liaise closely with HQ procurement staff for the procurement of necessary materials.
Calculate incentives and monitor timesheet for workers.
Maintain a proper filing system.
Other duties as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager.
Requirements:
Willing to work at Site
Good Knowledge on Microsoft office

Currently, we are involved with both Architectural and Structural sub-contract works of several public institutional and residential projects, civil engineering and interior design businesses. The Group is also embarking on expanding further to upgrade its capacity and participating in tendering of both private and public projects.
