Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory management, stock accountability and service excellence.
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and conversion, particularly within a high-touch, consultative sales environment.
- Establish and enhance business processes, operational frameworks and performance metrics to support sustainable growth.
- Build, recruit, develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer excellence.
- Work closely with business owners to translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable results.

- Strong foundation in sales and marketing, with demonstrated success in driving commercial performance, business development and brand growth.
- Experience gained within a larger, established retail organisation, with the ability to bring structured processes, commercial discipline and best practices into a growing business.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, stock management, budgeting and operational accountability.
- Strong appreciation for personalised, relationship-driven and consultative selling, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, recruitment, talent development and performance management.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and hands-on, with the flexibility to operate in a lean organisation where the General Manager is expected to be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
