Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline

2+ years of experience in applications engineering or a similar technical role within the electrical/electronic engineering sector

Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles, including circuit design and system integration

Proficiency in engineering software tools and simulation applications relevant to the industry

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve complex technical challenges

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing

Experience with cobot and PLC applications is a plus.

Analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and application designs.

Develop and test automation solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the implementation phase.

Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to refine and improve applications.

Conduct feasibility studies and produce technical reports and documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in deployed applications.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Participate in product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the applications engineering team.

Tracking project progress and customer needs.
