• Set up the course schedule in the system from approved course information
• Generate timetables and release them to stakeholders within the agreed timeframe, with prompt updates on changes
• Work with the Assistant Head of School to deploy full-time academics and Associate Lecturers
• Plan rooms, labs and lecturers using the Scheduling System
• Liaise with vendors on lecturer placement, contracts and payroll
• Liaise with stakeholders on statutory updates affecting courses and Associate Lecturers
• Work with the Examination Centre to plan exam schedules for assigned modules
