Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in sales coordination or sales administration is an advantage. Candidates with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be preferred.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong Mandarin communication skills.

Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing customer orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

Liaise with customers to handle enquiries, address concerns, follow up on orders, and maintain good customer relationships.

Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.

Ensure all necessary supporting documents are complete and accurate for invoicing purposes, and distribute invoice copies to the relevant departments.

Coordinate product deliveries with customers, lorry drivers, and relevant internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Coordinate with the Purchasing team and other relevant departments to support sales administration and order fulfilment.

Handle goods returns and order cancellations, ensuring proper documentation and accurate record-keeping.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.

Assist the sales team with appointment scheduling and other sales-related administrative duties.

Identify opportunities to improve sales administrative processes and perform other duties as assigned by management.
