The Role

Quake is a next generation, AI-first recruitment platform with a strong presence in the UK recruitment market. As Head of Customer Success you will be the linchpin between our groundbreaking technology and the recruiters who rely on it.

You will guide our AI-first recruitment processes, using the Quake platform to unlock the maximum value.

You will be responsible for actively promoting the success you have with clients over LinkedIn and growing the value of your accounts, as well as working closely with our engineers and product team in KL.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower & Educate: Design and deliver comprehensive training for recruiters, teaching them how to maximize Quake’s CRM, custom AI agents, and workflow automations.
• Drive Customer Outcomes: Leverage your deep understanding of recruitment and sales life cycles to consult with clients, helping them optimize their desk operations and achieve measurable financial results.
• Product Innovation: Gather frontline feedback, document requirements, and champion new product ideas to our local engineering team to continuously enhance the Quake platform.
• LinkedIn Promotion: Translate workflows into accessible concepts. Promote your success over LinkedIn using video tutorials and webinars, and clean documentation—to articulate processes and encourage new customers with real-world examples of success..
• Account Growth: Expand accounts by bringing new recruitment workflows to the table. Build excitement that encourages additional spend.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
