• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Machining, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of CNC machining experience (Milling and/or Turning); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if training is provided.

• Knowledge of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and precision measuring instruments.

• Basic understanding of quality standards and workplace safety practices.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Turning machines to meet production, quality, and safety requirements.

• Perform machine setup, tooling preparation, and first-piece inspection before production.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.

• Edit and adjust CNC G-code, tool offsets, and machining parameters when required.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.

• Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and tool replacement.

• Monitor machining quality and resolve minor machining issues.

• Follow SOPs, quality management system requirements, and safety regulations.

• Execute production plans and maintain accurate production records.

• Maintain 5S standards and support continuous improvement activities.
