Finloop, the Singapore-based fintech arm incubated by Fosun Wealth International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 0656.HK), is building a regulated investment and fund platform business in Singapore, serving institutional and professional clients across traditional investment funds, tokenized investment products, and AI and financial technology solutions.

Finloop Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a Capital Markets Services Licensee, with licensed activities covering dealing in capital market products (securities and collective investment schemes) and providing custodial services.

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Singapore team and play a key role in establishing and operating our local compliance function.

The Role

This is a hands-on role covering regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, client onboarding, compliance monitoring and governance.

Finloop has engaged an external compliance partner to provide specialist support and help establish the initial compliance framework. You will work closely with the external compliance team initially, giving you access to experienced compliance resources while you develop a strong understanding of our business, products and operating model.

Over time, you will progressively take greater ownership of the day-to-day internal compliance function and help build the local compliance team as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with our external compliance partner to implement and operate the Singapore compliance framework.
2. Provide practical compliance guidance across securities, collective investment schemes, custodial services and related business activities.
3. Oversee AML/CFT processes including KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, customer risk assessment, sanctions/PEP screening, ongoing monitoring and escalation.
4. Support client onboarding and review higher-risk or complex customer relationships.
5. Conduct risk-based compliance monitoring and testing, identify control gaps and oversee remediation.
6. Review new products, business activities and partnerships from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
7. Review and approve local marketing and client-facing materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
8. Maintain compliance policies, procedures, registers and regulatory documentation.
9. Prepare compliance reporting and support management and Board governance.
10. Monitor regulatory developments and support regulatory submissions, enquiries and inspections.
11. Provide compliance and AML/CFT training to employees.
12. Help develop scalable compliance processes and capabilities as Finloop Singapore grows.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

1. At least 5 years of relevant compliance experience in Singapore financial services.
2. Strong experience within a MAS-regulated CMS business, preferably involving CIS and/or securities activities and custodial services.
3. Practical experience with AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, customer risk assessment and transaction/ongoing monitoring.
4. Experience reviewing marketing and client facing materials for regulatory compliance
5. Experience implementing and operating compliance policies, procedures and controls.
6. Ability to work independently in a growing business.

Advantageous:

1. Experience dealing with MAS or regulatory inspections/reviews.
2. Experience with digital assets, tokenization and/or MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines.
3. Relevant compliance, AML, financial-crime or risk qualifications.
