Job Summary

Support major retail accounts by managing orders, coordinating promotions, and tracking market activities to ensure product availability and visibility in supermarkets.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating activities and maintaining effective relationships with major retail accounts and event sales support teams to enhance collaboration

Process sales orders accurately and track delivery schedules to maintain stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations

Coordinate with sales teams and store managers to plan, execute, and monitor retail B2B and B2C promotions and product displays to boost sales and visibility

Visit key retail outlets to verify product placement, monitor shelf visibility, and collect competitor market data for informed decision-making

Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support smooth retail operations

Required competencies and certifications

Possess NITEC, Higher NITEC, or any relevant certificate qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior internship or up to 2 years of experience in FMCG, retail sales coordination, or merchandising

Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Apply a proactive problem-solving mindset to identify and address challenges in retail coordination
