We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to support our car rental operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle rentals, assisting customers throughout the rental journey, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail and corporate vehicle rental bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate vehicle collection, handover, activation, and return processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests.
• Handle rental documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate replacement vehicles for customers involved in breakdowns or accident-related cases.
• Monitor vehicle availability and support fleet utilization planning.
• Liaise with internal departments, workshops, insurers, and external partners to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Follow up on customer feedback and provide prompt solutions to service-related matters.
• Prepare administrative reports and maintain operational documentation.
• Support day-to-day operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, car rental, logistics, transportation, or related industries.
• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A Driving Licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
