HRIS, PMO Lead (Contract)

Location: Singapore
Contract Type: 12 months contract (Extendable & Convertible)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Systems Implementation / PMO Lead to manage and coordinate HR systems implementation and related transformation activities. The role will focus on project delivery, stakeholder coordination and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead and coordinate the implementation of People& Culture systems and related processes.

·      Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.

·      Work closely with HR, IT, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

·      Coordinate system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.

·      Identify project risks, dependencies and issues, and drive timely resolution.

·      Support user training, communications and transition to new systems.

·      Provide regular project updates and progress reporting to management.

Job Requirements

·      5–8 years of relevant experience in HR systems implementation, project management or PMO roles.

·      Proven experience managing HR technology implementation or transformation projects.

·      Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

·      Good understanding of HR processes and systems.

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

·      Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred
