Role Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to support our day-to-day online business operations and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the company's marketplace seller account.
Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, prices, images, and stock quantities.
Research competitor pricing and identify commercially attractive products.
Calculate expected contribution profit before launching products.
Manage orders, customer messages, returns, cancellations, and marketplace promotions.
Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch with the warehouse.
Produce a weekly sales and profitability report.
Identify which products should be repriced, replenished, bundled, or discontinued.
Requirement:
Approximately 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce or marketplace experience.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Comfortable working with product specifications, SKU codes, and inventory.
Commercially minded, organised, and willing to perform operational work.
Able to create basic product photos and short videos using a smartphone.
Good to have:
A gamer, or good knowledge of video games, consoles and collectibles.
Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop or a multichannel inventory tool.
Basic photo or video editing (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom).
Experience selling pre-owned or graded goods.
