岗位职责
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in construction and/or renovation project supervision in Singapore.
Possess BCSS, CSOC and/or other relevant certs required
Class 3 driving license
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple projects are running to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Able to work and cope with foreign workers environment
Required to have hand on working experience and will be required to work hands on.
Able to work on public holidays & 2 Hour OT per day
The JAN Team has 20 years of experience in designing/renovating homes, hotels and commercial properties. Our clients range from luxurious bungalow to high-profile organizations.
