The Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture ambitious graduates into future leaders to support our ongoing development. Through a structured frontline-to-corporate rotation journey, you will gain an end-to-end understanding of our business while receiving direct mentorship from our senior management team.
Program Structure
Phase 1: Operational Foundations & Retail Excellence
Establish a comprehensive grounding in core retail operations, master standard operating procedures, and uphold frontline customer service standards.
Phase 2: Store Management & People Leadership
Assume supervisory leadership over daily shifts and oversee a designated category. You will subsequently advance to broader store administration and talent recruitment.
Phase 3: Corporate HQ Exposure
Have the opportunity to gain direct exposure to core headquarters functions aligned with your strengths and interests. This helps you understand how headquarters supports and collaborates with frontline operations, while exploring your future career path within the company.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates with outstanding performance will have the opportunity to be promoted to a managerial role within the company .
Who we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with less than 2 years of full-time work experience
Good command of both Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Logical and analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Passionate about the retail industry, with a proactive attitude and eager to learn.
