About the Role:

About the role Join the dynamic team at Chocz. Pte. Ltd. as a Retail Assistant. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail store located in Singapore.

What you'll be doing:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately

3. Restock and maintain the appearance of the retail space

4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers

5. Efficiently bagging customers purchases, ensuring items are properly packed to prevent damage.

6. Good housekeeping practices to maintain retail space neat and clean

7. Assist with inventory management and daily reporting

8. Assisting with loading and unloading, checking and counting of stocks.

9. Writing and recording of basic reports

10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for:

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

4. Ability to work well in a team and independently

5. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

6. Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems

7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

零售助理的职责和责任

1) 提供有关产品和服务的信息给顾客

8) 协助装卸，检查和盘点库存货物

9) 管理职责：每日销售报告和其它任何报告，例如库存到期报告

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
