岗位职责
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day, full operations in the HR Department.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing & screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Handle and process staff payroll.
Administer medical, insurance claims, and other related claims.
Prepare statutory submissions such as CPF, IRAS, government surveys, and related claims.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and exit procedures.
Process and handle all work pass–related matters (assessment tool, application, renewal, cancellation).
Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.
Support HR responsibilities for Malaysia Winmax office setup.
Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs and policies relating to HR processes, including the creation of internal forms and coordination the related training courses.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations.
Provide guidance to staff on HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
Undertake other ad-hoc HR or office works and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management
At least 2 years of experience in HR or related field.
Proficient in MS Office skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act & Malaysia Employment Act is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
