We are seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, allocating resources, identifying potential risks, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proven experience in project planning, execution, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute project strategies, timelines, and work plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
• Identify potential project risks, challenges, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, resources, procurement activities, and operational expenses.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
• Resolve project-related issues and make decisions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor team performance and ensure accountability for assigned tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, and communication records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management or project coordination (preferred).
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of project budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is an advantage.
