About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Director to lead major construction projects across Jurong and islandwide locations. This permanent role offers a competitive basic salary of up to $18,000 plus variable bonus and follows a structured 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.00pm). The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project excellence, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead multiple construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
• Manage project execution, ensuring safety, cost, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved.
• Oversee site operations and ensure effective management across all assigned project locations.
• Implement workplace safety procedures and monitor safety management practices across sites.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities’ requirements, construction regulations, and project execution standards.
• Track project progress, address operational challenges, and implement timely solutions.
• Drive productivity improvements and maintain close control over project costs.
• Coordinate procurement planning and evaluate subcontractors’ performance.
• Review project plans, master programmes, technical drawings, construction sequencing, and methodologies.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams.
• Promote strong quality management practices across all project sites.
• Prepare Q-write up materials for tender submissions and support tender interview presentations.
• Act as the Management Representative for ISO systems and maintain compliance with ISO standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in Commercial and Industrial projects.
• Have proven experience managing construction projects, including handling multiple project sites.
• Possess strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controls.
• Having own transport will be an added advantage.
