About the Roles

Join as a Project Manager based in Toa Payoh, working a 5.5-day schedule from Monday to Saturday. This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of up to $6,500, plus AWS and Variable Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead project execution and track site progress to ensure timely completion.
• Plan project activities, manage costs, and oversee overall project delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams, operations teams, and subcontractors to maintain schedules and quality workmanship.
• Arrange submission of plans to relevant authorities for approval and coordinate inspections of building works.
• Coordinate layout plans, M&E plans, and visuals, and prepare project schedules, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Liaise with consultants on technical matters and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
• Manage contractors to ensure works comply with engineering drawings, applicable codes and standards, project schedules, and cost requirements.
• Prepare reports and monitor ongoing site activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, construction, or project management.
• Strong leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team and lead project teams.
• Able to manage and coordinate diverse, multi-functional project teams.
