As we continue to expand our regional presence and international network, we are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our Singapore team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building long-term customer relationships and growing alongside an expanding logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Actively prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals and customer visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote our airfreight, seafreight, cross-border trucking, customs clearance, warehousing and integrated logistics solutions.
• Prepare competitive freight quotations, negotiate rates and follow up on business opportunities.
• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio while identifying opportunities to increase business volume.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall company revenue and gross profit growth.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales activity reports.
• Work closely with our Operations and regional teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
• Explore new trade lanes and business opportunities across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and international markets.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of airfreight, seafreight and international logistics solutions.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Candidates with an existing customer network or portfolio will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
